The Power Smoothie for the Power Mommy

Getting your kids the nutrients they need is hard enough but in the process sometimes we lose ourselves in the quest for healthy kids but in order to keep up with our kids we need to power up every so often and I have created a smoothie that makes you feel great and is good for you.

The Power Smoothie

Prep Time: 5 mins

What You Need:

Sherbet (any flavor you like)
Frozen Fruits (a medley)
Juicy Juice (any flavor)

What You Do:

First take the juice and pour 8oz into the blender

Second pour in about a cup of your frozen fruits and one peeled banana.

Third if add your metamucil (use the recommended amount according to the package)

Fourth if your sherbet is really hard pop it into the microwave for about thirty seconds and then take a big spoon and scoop out one cup and add to blender.

Once all of your ingredients are in the blender begin to blend until all ingredients are smoothie out it should be easy to drink using a regular straw.

Lastly Enjoy and feel terrific
