I actually have to have my raising kids head on while I'm at work. Half of my staff acts as if they are 5-years old...so I'm always in mommy mode.
Hahaha I feel you I have the same problems at work sometimes too.

Thank You LeeAnn...I am actually going to take care of that pesky pop up ad this weekend. I think I figured out where it is coming from sorry about that.
